Hoa hồng chỉ được tính khi Shop bắt đầu sử dụng trực tiếp dịch vụ giao nhận Ninja Van (ngoài các sàn TMĐT như Lazada, Sendo, Shopee, Tiki)

Tiền hoa hồng nhận được sẽ được trừ các khoản thuế phí theo luật pháp Việt Nam

Ninja Van sẽ gửi email thông báo hoa hồng của bạn từ việc giới thiệu Shop vào ngày 10 hàng tháng (không tính lễ hoặc ngày cuối tuần), sau đó bạn sẽ nhận tiền hoa hồng trong kì đối soát tiếp theo.

Sau khi đăng ký thông tin cá nhân và thông tin Shop, bộ phận Chăm Sóc Đối Tác sẽ liên hệ với bạn để xác nhận toàn bộ thông tin. Tiếp đó, bộ phận Chăm Sóc Đối Tác sẽ thông báo kết quả hoạt động Ninja Hunter.

Hãy chắc chắn rằng Shop mà bạn giới thiệu không gặp những lý do sau đây:
+ Đã sử dụng trực tiếp dịch vụ vận chuyển Ninja Van (ngoài các sàn TMĐT như Lazada, Sendo, Tiki, Shopee,...).
+ Thông tin của Shop đã có trong hệ thống dữ liệu của Ninja Van.
+ Ngành hàng Shop kinh doanh buôn bán không phù hợp với dịch vụ vận chuyển của Ninja Van.

- Chương trình chỉ áp dụng cho Shop đã và đang sử dụng trực tiếp dịch vụ vận chuyển Ninja Van mà không qua nền tảng TMĐT như Lazada, Shopee, Sendo và Tiki.

- Nếu bạn chưa sử dụng dịch vụ Ninja Van, hãy liên hệ bộ phận Tư vấn để đăng ký sử dụng dịch vụ Ninja Van và tham gia chương trình để nhận được ưu đãi.

Mọi vấn đề liên quan đến tình trạng Shop bạn đã đăng ký, bạn cần liên hệ bộ phận Chăm Sóc Đối Tác của Ninja Van qua địa chỉ email:
